  • 10% Kama’aina discount on all services except add-ons
  • Must present Hawaii State ID
  • Series: Purchase a package of 6 massages for a 20% discount or 3 massages for a 15% discount. Plus receive 10% off add-ons.
  • Membership Program: Members receive 15% off all services plus 10% off all add-ons

Method of Payment

All major credit cards are accepted.

CASH

*Hawaii State sales tax (4.712%) will be added to all services at time of payment

Gratuity

Many clients like to give a TIP (typically around 20%). TIPs are not required, but they are greatly appreciated.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

You may be charged 50% of your missed appointment if canceled or re-scheduled within 24 Hours prior to your appointment time. You may be charged in full for a no-show. *We have a busy schedule and it is very difficult to fill open time slots with such short notice. Mahalo for your understanding and kokua!

Tardiness

If you arrive late, your appointment time will be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may choose to reschedule your session for a later date. *You may be charged the no-show fee if we need to reschedule.

If You Are Sick

We cannot treat you if you are ill. Massage Therapy is contraindicated for infections and contagious conditions and could cause your condition(s) to become worse. If you are sick please call us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Mask Policy

Masks are optional for clients and therapists. You may request that your therapist wear a mask and we can provide you a mask if you need.
